Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a PLN & EPC Key Account Sales Engineer to drive growth by developing strategic relationships with PLN, EPC contractors, IPPs, and major industrial clients. This role manages the full sales lifecycle from identifying opportunities to post-sales coordination, working with engineering and production teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong HV equipment knowledge, 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering in electrical equipment or EPC/power sectors.
• Experience with PLN, EPC contractors, IPPs, or large industrial customers.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with PLN, EPCs, IPPs, and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with project owners and contractors.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations and proposed HV equipment solutions.
• Manage tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to meet customer requirements.
• Support post-sales activities and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Conduct client visits and industry networking to identify opportunities.
