Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth in high‑voltage electrical equipment projects in Indonesia. You will identify opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and deliver technical sales solutions from prospecting through handover to production.

You will engage with utilities, EPCs, industrial manufacturers, and mining operators, coordinating with engineering and project teams to ensure successful delivery and post‑sales support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering experience in electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Experience with utility companies, EPC contractors or large industrial customers.
• Strong knowledge of transformers and high‑voltage equipment.
• Experience managing tenders, negotiations and long-term customer relationships.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willing to complete training in Cikarang before Jakarta-based work.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand sales within power, utilities, EPC, industrial, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations, prepare commercial proposals, and recommend suitable electrical equipment solutions.
• Monitor project pipelines, tender opportunities, and procurement activities related to power transmission and electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project management teams for successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, project documentation, and post-sales activities while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular customer visits, site meetings, and industry networking to strengthen market presence.
