Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth for high-voltage electrical equipment in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting and technical presentations to commercial negotiations and project handover.

You will collaborate with engineering, project, and production teams to ensure successful delivery, with initial training in Cikarang before basing yourself in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales or sales engineering within electrical equipment industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in power, utilities, EPC, industrial, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and project stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations, prepare commercial proposals, and recommend equipment solutions.
• Monitor pipelines, tenders, and procurement activities for large projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project teams to ensure project success.
