Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a PLN & EPC Key Account | Sales Engineer to drive business growth in Indonesia. The role covers identifying opportunities, delivering technical-commercial presentations, and negotiating contracts with PLN, EPC contractors, IPPs, and major industrial clients.

You will work closely with engineering, project management, and production teams to provide consultative high‑voltage solutions and ensure successful project execution in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering in electrical equipment sectors.
• Strong English proficiency and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with PLN, EPCs, IPPs, and industrial clients.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from opportunity to contract negotiations.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to meet project requirements.
• Visit clients, conduct site meetings, and identify new opportunities.
