Job summary

Johnson Controls in Jakarta seeks a Sales Manager to drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions to new and existing customers, shaping tailored offerings and presenting them to stakeholders.

You will plan strategies, lead tenders, negotiate to secure orders, ensure payment collection, and deliver regular revenue reports while fostering long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and owners in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience as Senior Sales in HVAC, pumps or related fields.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or owners and handling projects.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, and Controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions to new and existing customers.
• Plan annual secured order strategy and achieve regional sales targets.
• Prepare tenders, lead negotiations, and close orders for optimum profit.
• Collect payments and provide monthly revenue reporting to management.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships with contractors/consultants.
• Identify opportunities, monitor competitors, and pursue end-to-end projects.
• Promote BMS/Fire products with design institutes and associations.
