Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as Senior Sales in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, elevator.
• Experience selling products to contractors, consultants, or company owners, and handling projects.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, and Controls is preferred.
• Experience in Building industry is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SAP operations will be advantageous.
• Ambition, good project understanding, and ability to build relationships with contractors/consultants/owners.

Responsibilities

• Study product knowledge and company procedures to improve domain knowledge.
• Plan annual secured order strategy and achieve YOY regional growth.
• Prepare tenders and proposals; lead negotiations and close orders for profit.
• Manage payment collection and provide monthly revenue reports.
• Develop relationships to maintain long-term service and high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue sales leads and customer requirements.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report findings.
• Develop projects and provide end-to-end solutions for customers.
• Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
• Promote BMS/Fire products to design institutes, industry associations, and contractors.
• Create localized master catalogues and general applications for contractors and consultants.
• Conduct cold calls and new business development.
• Explore and execute end-to-end BMS/Fire projects.
