Job summary

AnyMind Group in Jakarta is seeking a results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow DDI’s strategic ecommerce brand accounts across marketplaces. You will coordinate campaigns, launches, and marketplace activities to drive sales and profitability, while ensuring listings, pricing, stock, and promotions are accurate.

You bring a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in ecommerce or account management, strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Account Management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and performance of assigned ecommerce brands across marketplaces.
• Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketplace activities to support sales growth.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, and other key metrics, and provide regular reports.
• Coordinate with marketplace representatives to resolve operational issues and explore growth opportunities.
• Ensure product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotional setups are accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
• Support account growth initiatives and contribute to revenue and profitability targets.
