Job summary

Intrepid Asia in Indonesia is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to grow ecommerce for one or more brands across Lazada and Shopee. You will be the brand’s main contact, create annual plans, negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders, and coordinate with Content, Store Management and Operations to drive NMV and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in ecommerce, a commercial, performance-driven mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and solid Excel and PowerPoint abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with platforms Lazada or Shopee.
• Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate into activation plans.
• Analytical skills to analyze data and suggest performance improvements.
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow account NMV and revenue.
• Build strong relationships with brand and platform counterparts.
• Deliver expert recommendations on strategy, promotions and growth levers for brands.
• Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals.
• Manage cross-functional team to drive brand performance (Content, Store management, Operations, Chat).
• Ensure KPIs are met and assist in managing promotion campaigns and product listings.
