Publicis Groupe Indonesia is seeking an Ecommerce Lead to develop and execute strategies across our digital commerce platforms in Jakarta. You will drive online sales growth by optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions while coordinating with Sales, Creative, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires 4–6 years in ecommerce, strong analytics, and leadership to guide marketplace campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field.
• 4–6 years of ecommerce experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or digital agency.
• Proven track record in driving online sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience managing marketplace ads and promotions.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and ecommerce dashboards.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms (website, marketplace, etc.).
• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads).
• Ensure seamless user experience and website functionality.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
