Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of work experience in ecommerce.
• Proficient in Mandarin (read, write & conversation) is a MUST.
• Proficient in English (read, write & conversation).
• Experienced with Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage On-line Shop; oversee day-to-day operations of online platforms.
• Ensure shop design adheres to brand guidelines; update product content/images.
• Recommends action plans to increase revenue and profitability.
• Plan and execute campaigns; calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Analyze product categories and consumer buying patterns regularly.
• Handle order, inventory management and stock updates for online sales.
• Coordinate with departments to achieve KPIs and ensure timely shipments.
• Monitor payments and returns; propose corrective actions as needed.
• Respond to customer concerns and gather data to improve online business.
