Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Senior Key Account Manager leading strategic accounts.
• Proven track record of owning commercial targets including revenue growth and partner development.
• Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada or similar).
• Familiarity with API integrations and marketplace connectivity to collaborate with Product/Tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic online partnerships with key ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and other digital partners.
• Own partner performance and commercial targets including revenue, transaction volume, margin, and KPIs.
• Develop and execute joint business plans to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers across partner organizations.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, commissions, promotions, and terms.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing partners and new channels.
• Plan and execute joint promotional campaigns to drive visibility, traffic, and sales.
• Monitor partner performance with data/analytics and translate insights into actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product and Finance for smooth execution.
