Job summary

PT Eroc Commerce Indonesia is seeking a Key Account Admin to join our team on a contract basis. Based in West Jakarta, you will act as the administrative backbone for the key account team, coordinating between clients and internal departments to keep processes accurate and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel: Sum, SumIF, Vlookup, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently whilst remaining a collaborative team member.
• Professional demeanour with strong customer service orientation.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and account requirements.
• Knowledge of e-commerce or commerce operations is preferred.

• Coordinating communication between key account managers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth account operations
• Processing and tracking account-related transactions, orders, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Preparing reports, presentations, and analysis documents for key account reviews and client meetings
• Supporting administrative procedures related to key account Manager
• Responding to everyday works related routine
• Ensuring data integrity across all Online platforms
• Identifying process improvements and contributing to the efficiency of account administration workflows
