Job summary

PT Alpha Citra Siber Indonesia (ACSI) is hiring an Account Manager to drive cybersecurity sales and manage strategic accounts. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships across banking, payments, and government sectors, and translate technical solutions into business value.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are required, along with at least 3 years in a cybersecurity sales role and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Account Manager or in a sales role in cybersecurity.
• Experience handling clients in Banking/FSI, Payment Gateway, or Government sectors.
• Ability to communicate technical cybersecurity solutions to business audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong business development and consultative selling skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities and sales pipelines within the cybersecurity market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in Banking/FSI, Payment Gateway, and Government sectors.
• Promote and sell cybersecurity solutions by understanding clients’ needs and offering consultative, value-driven solutions.
• Develop and manage strategic accounts to drive growth and long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute sales plans, including analysis, targets, strategies, and tactics.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Conduct business negotiations and manage the sales process from opportunity to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions and proposals meet client requirements.
