Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet and CRM reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Solid negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Architecture / Interior Design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and lead generation through cold calling, research and networking.
• Work on own initiative and be part of a team working towards sales objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships, stay updated with market activities and industry trends.
