Job summary

Talent Insider, a rising HR consultancy in Indonesia, seeks a results-oriented sales professional to coordinate with departments and expand our contractor, MEP, and furniture client base in Jakarta. You will manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and build strong relationships to drive revenue.

You will monitor market trends, pitch products and services to new clients, and collaborate with other teams to develop new business programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related fields.
Preferably solid knowledge in Technical Science.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in contractor, MEP, or furniture sector / key accounts.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong project management and collaboration skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs; able to read CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful projects completion.
Identify growth opportunities and develop sales activities in new channels and new client.
Manage and build strong business relationships with all the key accounts under your portfolio.
Monitor daily, weekly sales results, KPIs, competitive activities, and market trends on a regular basis.
Pitch products and services to new clients.
Collaborates with other departments to develop new product and other strategic new business programs.
