Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Five+ years of sales or business development experience.
• B2B sales experience and leadership exposure preferred.
• Experience with Interior Designers, Architects, or Main Contractors is a plus.
• Strong organization, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies with management.
• Lead the sales team to achieve targets and high performance.
