Job summary

PT Alderon Pratama Indonesia is seeking a proactive Specifier/Architect/Project Sales professional in Jakarta, to build relationships with architects, developers, consultants, and contractors. You will gather project information, ensure accurate product specifications, and support the sales team with presentations and demonstrations.

The role requires travel readiness, a Civil/Architecture background, and strong Microsoft Office plus English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Experience as a Specifier, Architect, or Project Sales in building materials is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication and active English communication.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners.
Gather information on ongoing projects and understand customer and business priorities.
Provide proactive customer service and ensure products are specified clearly and concisely.
Prepare visitation database reports, monitor project developments, and update the sales project team.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations.
Support the sales team for current and ongoing projects and manage related administrative work.
