Job summary

Ahti is expanding its Jakarta sales team and seeks a driven, relationship-focused individual to grow our presence in the capital. You will drive revenue and maintain client satisfaction across the sales cycle with architects, developers, and interior designers.

Based in Jakarta, you will be key to expanding our market, conducting showroom and site visits, presenting proposals, and building lasting client relationships. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and comfortable English are required.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development in related sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable meeting clients and representing the brand professionally.
• Good organisational skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; comfortable in English.
• Must be based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and approach new project opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Conduct showroom visits, site visits, and client meetings.
• Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and technical information.
• Manage existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Follow up on quotations and convert them into closed deals.
• Monitor market developments and renovation projects across Bali.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and stay updated on upcoming tenders.
• Work with marketing and operations teams.
• Provide weekly sales reports and updates.
• Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions.
