Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Extensive networking capabilities.
Ability to conduct persuasive and professional presentations.
Ability to conduct market research and business opportunity analysis.
Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and client database.
Understanding of interior design, materials, and production processes.
Target and result-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and construction sector.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, developers, and business partners.
Conduct design proposal presentations and price quotations to prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets and revenue set by the company.
Conduct market research to identify trends and market opportunities.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure client needs are met.
Monitor project progress from initial stage to completion.
Prepare sales reports and business pipeline reports regularly.
