Job summary

Avery Dennison Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our footprint across an assigned territory. You will manage existing accounts, hunt new factory clients, and deliver tailored product solutions impacting revenue.

Role requires 3+ years in B2B sales, with 2+ years in trims, packaging, and accessories, plus strong negotiation and territory planning skills. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Indonesian is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years in B2B sales; at least 2 years in Trims, Accessories, and Packaging.
• Proven experience with territory planning, discounts, margins, and proposals.
• Strong negotiation, independent problem-solving, and ability to present complex ideas to executives.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Indonesian for regional client communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: meet territory sales objectives by managing existing accounts and prospecting new factory clients.
• Account & Territory Strategy: perform territory analysis, SWOT, and strategic plans to maximize market share.
• Value-Based Selling: assess customer needs, provide value propositions, deliver pricing quotes.
• Client Relationship Management: act as trusted advisor, handle negotiations and post-sale service.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with internal units to monitor market trends and budgets.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure all interactions adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
