Job summary

PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia is seeking a Retail Floor Manager for Lotte Grosir Manado to oversee Dry Food, Fresh Food, and Non Food departments. You will drive sales, manage inventory, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service across all categories at our Manado store.

The role requires at least 3 years in a retail management position, strong inventory and merchandising knowledge, and a customer-focused leadership style. Willingness to relocate nationwide is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within Retail Wholesale/Hypermarket or consumer products, preferably in Dry Food, FMCG, Grocery
• Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and sales best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
• Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiency
• Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
• Willingness to be relocated to any store location throughout Indonesia

Responsibilities
