Job summary

PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia is seeking an experienced Manager Floor to oversee the operations and performance of our Dry Food, Fresh Food, and Non Food departments across our stores. This full-time role focuses on driving sales, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will lead a team, analyze sales, and develop plans to achieve store objectives while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within Retail Wholesale/Hypermarket or consumer products, preferably in Dry Food, FMCG, and Grocery.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and sales best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
• Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiency.
• Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Must be willing to be relocated to any store location throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Dry Food, Fresh Food, Non Food department, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and merchandising.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments and the team to develop and execute plans to achieve departmental and store-wide objectives.
• Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment by providing coaching, training, and motivation to the Dry Food team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
