Job summary

PT. Anugerah Nutrindo Sejahtera is seeking a Store Manager to oversee and develop operational activities across multiple offline stores in Jakarta and surrounding areas. You will monitor store performance, ensure product displays meet standards, and drive promotions to boost offline sales.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination, and willingness to travel between locations with a personal vehicle preferred. SIM A/C is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Store Manager, Area Supervisor, or Retail Supervisor
• Experience managing multiple stores is an advantage
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• Accustomed to mobile work and visiting multiple locations
• Able to conduct operational monitoring independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Driving license (SIM A/C) is an advantage
• Willing to be placed and work mobile in Jakarta and surrounding areas
• Personal vehicle preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control operational activities at each store
• Ensure product display and layout standards are maintained in stores
• Develop and implement programs and promotions to increase offline sales
• Monitor stock, display, and requirements at each store location
• Conduct routine visits to multiple store locations
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure targets and programs are executed
• Create reports on monitoring results and store evaluations
