Job summary

PT Chateraise Gobel Indonesia is seeking a Business Development & Expansion Supervisor to drive new store openings and expansion strategies. You will lead market research, identify prime locations, and manage mall relationships to support growth.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, financial analysis, and coordination with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure compliant, timely openings. Travel for site visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Management, Business, Marketing, or Communication)
• Minimum 3 years in Business Development, Store Expansion, Leasing, or Site Acquisition in F&B or Retail
• Extensive network with mall management and landlords in target expansion areas
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication for commercial property rentals
• Experience reading feasibility studies, sales projections, and ROI calculations

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential store locations (malls, stand-alone, commercial areas) aligned with brand target profile
• Maintain relationships with mall management and landlords; lead lease renewal negotiations for operating stores
• Negotiate rental schemes including base rent, revenue share, service charge, and grace periods
• Prepare financial feasibility analyses for new locations with traffic projections, revenue estimates, and ROI calculations
• Oversee rental legal documentation (LOI, LOO, PKS) through contract signing
• Coordinate with internal teams for location handover and new store openings
• Conduct field surveys and location visits as required
