Ateria is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead in Jakarta to drive site acquisition, feasibility analyses, and lease negotiations with malls and commercial property partners. You will build strong relationships to support long-term profitability and expansion.

You will develop and execute growth strategies, identify new opportunities, conduct market and ROI analyses, and lead forecasting and planning for new and existing locations in Indonesia.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum 5 years of BD experience.
• Experience in site acquisition, lease negotiations and mall partnerships is essential.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead site acquisition and expansion initiatives including scouting, feasibility analysis and lease negotiations with malls and commercial property partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with malls, landlords and partners to support profitability and expansion.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities, partnerships and expansion initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and performance evaluations to identify opportunities.
• Drive sales forecasting, business planning and profitability analysis for new and existing locations.
