Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a Site Expansion Lead to identify optimal locations for new branches, ensure alignment with strategy, and secure regulatory approvals in Jakarta.

You will develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines, coordinate with property owners, contractors, and local authorities, and supervise construction through to completion, driving efficient rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of site management or construction coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of urban landscape, zoning, and permit processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies and site evaluations to identify optimal locations for new branches, ensuring compliance with company strategy, accessibility, and local regulations.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams, property owners, contractors, and local authorities.
• Supervise construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved designs, standards, and deadlines. Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Serve as the key contact point for all expansion-related matters, maintaining strong communication and alignment between internal management and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of all project documentation—permits, contracts, reports—to support transparent decision-making and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate post-opening project performance and recommend improvements for future site rollout and efficiency.
