Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Store Expansion Lead to identify and evaluate store locations in Jakarta through market research, demographics, and competitor analysis. You will manage landlord relationships and oversee end-to-end acquisition, including ROI analyses and lease execution.

You will coordinate with Construction, Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Licensing teams to ensure timely store openings and maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities for senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in stores expansion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential store locations through market research, demographic analysis, competitor mapping, and traffic assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, property agents, and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate site feasibility studies, financial analysis, and return-on-investment (ROI) evaluations before site approval.
• Manage the end-to-end store acquisition process, from site identification through lease execution.
• Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Licensing teams to ensure timely store openings.
• Monitor project timelines and resolve issues that may impact new store launches.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential locations and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare expansion reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
