Job summary

PT Chagee Era Indonesia is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Property Manager to lead regional property strategy and site acquisitions. You will negotiate leases, validate financials, and coordinate with legal, finance, and operations to ensure successful openings and ongoing portfolio optimization.

The role requires deep knowledge of real estate law, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment across Jakarta and beyond.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in F&B Industry, real estate management, property development, or related roles.
• Strong negotiation skills for commercial real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in real estate law, lease agreements, and property management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the region's property strategy at a micro level to align with company objectives.
• Identify suitable sites for new locations based on the property strategy.
• Negotiate with landlords to secure favorable lease terms and rental arrangements.
• Prepare internal approval papers for new site acquisitions, including financial analyses and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with legal and finance to finalize lease documents with landlords.
• Maintain relationships with landlords as the primary contact for lease matters.
• Proactively manage lease renewals and optimize the real estate portfolio.
• Coordinate with operations, construction, and marketing to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor performance of existing properties and identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
• Build and maintain a network of real estate brokers and contacts.
