Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Manager level: at least 4 years of experience in FCB retail expansion, coffee chain, ǪSR, or lifestyle/hospitality brand.
• Assistant Manager level: at least 3 years experience with outlet rollout or business site development.
• Industry Advantage: experience with coffee chains, cafés, convenience FCB, or lifestyle retail (Possibly Fore Coffee).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute market research to identify target segments.
• Analyze consumer trends and pricing sensitivity.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking.
• Develop consumer personas for marketing alignment.
• Set local marketing strategies for each branch.
• Tailor brand positioning to local nuances.
• Identify and secure local partnerships for promotions.
• Explore B2B or event collaborations to boost footfall.
• Lead end-to-end branch expansion for 12 outlets in Jakarta.
• Map geo-demographics and high-potential areas.
• Evaluate rental economics, catchment size, purchasing power.
• Coordinate site acquisitions with real estate and landlords.
• Present monthly expansion reports to management.
• Provide data-driven recommendations.
• Assist with financial planning and branch models.
• Track post-launch performance and adjust strategy.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship-building.
• Communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Adapt to fast-paced multi-site operations.
