Job summary

PT Hiro Group Indonesia is seeking a Store Development Admin to provide essential administrative support for new outlet openings, expansions, and existing store management. You will handle leasing documents, tenancy contracts, and property records while coordinating with mall management and landlords to ensure timely processing and accurate record-keeping.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience, plus strong Excel and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major required.
• Minimum 1 year of administration, preferably in mall leasing or property management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for store development activities including new openings and expansion.
• Handle leasing documents, tenancy contracts, and property-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with mall management, landlords, and external partners on leasing needs.
• Track lease periods, payments, renewal timelines, and contract status.
• Maintain updated databases of outlet locations, lease terms, and costs.
• Prepare leasing proposals, reports, and supporting materials for new stores.
• Ensure proper collection, organization, and archiving of documents.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Project teams for requirements.
