Job summary

PT Lintas Niaga Jaya is seeking a Key Account Goods Receiving Staff in Surabaya to manage import documentation and ensure compliant goods receipt processes. You will coordinate with shippers, suppliers, importers, and the customs team, and process Goods Receipt transactions in SAP.

The role requires a D3/S1 education, good understanding of import procedures, SAP experience, and proficiency in MS Office. English communication is required. Overtime incentive and THR are provided.

Key Account Goods Receiving Staff role in a logistics company certified with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and AEO. The position involves managing import documentation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and processing goods receipt transactions.

Key responsibilities

Review import documents to ensure completeness and compliance with company procedures.

Coordinate with shippers/suppliers, importers, and the customs team to ensure smooth documentation and import processes.

Process Goods Receipt transactions in the SAP system.

Monitor and coordinate with the factory logistics team regarding goods receiving processes.

About you

Minimum education D3/S1 from any major.

Good understanding of import procedures as well as regulations and compliance in the customs field.

Experience as a Key Account Import in the logistics industry.

Familiar with import documentation and SAP system operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Able to communicate in English (both spoken and written).
