Job summary

PT Lintas Niaga Jaya is seeking a Staff License & Admin Exim to coordinate export-import administration, licensing, and documentation within a ISO 9001/45001 certified logistics environment. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate data, licensing compliance, and timely report preparation.

The role requires at least a D3/S1 and 2+ years in export-import or customs brokerage, with strong Office skills and English ability.

Qualifications

Minimum education of D3 or S1 in any field.
Minimum 2 years experience in export-import or customs broker in logistics, freight forwarding, or manufacturing.
Experience handling export-import administration, documents and licensing.
Understanding of product or service quality standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication skills with customers and basic English ability.
Able to multitask, be honest, detail-oriented, and work quickly within timelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers regarding VHC submission plans through ministry applications, ensuring data and documents are complete.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather data for customer reports.
Provide support and backup to export-import team in administration and invoice settlement.
