Job summary

PT Lintas Niaga Jaya is seeking a Key Account Goods Receiving Staff in Surabaya to manage import documentation and ensure compliant goods receipt processes. You will coordinate with shippers, suppliers, importers, and the customs team, and process Goods Receipt transactions in SAP.

The role requires a D3/S1 education, good understanding of import procedures, SAP experience, and proficiency in MS Office. English communication is required. Overtime incentive and THR are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum education D3/S1 from any major.
• Good understanding of import procedures, regulations and compliance in customs.
• Experience as Key Account Import in logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP system operations.

Responsibilities

• Review import documents to ensure completeness and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with shippers/suppliers, importers, and customs team for smooth documentation and import processes.
• Process Goods Receipt transactions in the SAP system.
• Monitor and coordinate with the factory logistics team regarding goods receiving processes.
