Dijiwa Sanctuaries in Bekasi, West Java, invites a skilled Specialty Catering Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen. You will manage a station, create and adapt menus, and work closely with Head and Sous Chefs to deliver flawless service during events.

The role requires at least 3 years of Chef de Partie experience, strong cooking techniques, and a passion for quality and presentation. Expect high-volume catering, teamwork, and opportunities for career growth.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in catering or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary disciplines.

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Team player with strong communication and leadership potential.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Culinary degree or vocational training preferred.
• Living in or near Bekasi preferred.
