Job summary

Glaze Spa Lombok in Kuta, Lombok is seeking a hands-on Spa Supervisor to lead our team, uphold Glaze standards and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will oversee service delivery, cleanliness, scheduling and guest experience, acting as eyes and ears on the floor to maintain exceptional quality. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and experienced in spa, hospitality or wellness settings.

Qualifications

• Must be hands-on with a strong eye for detail.
• Experience leading spa/hospitality teams is preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Guest-service mindset with a calm, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• TEAM SUPERVISION: Supervise and support the team throughout the day; ensure staff follow Glaze SOPs and service standards; monitor performance and teamwork; provide feedback and address issues; manage breaks and floor coverage.
• CLEANLINESS & PRESENTATION: Maintain exceptional cleanliness across the spa; conduct regular walk-throughs; check treatment rooms; monitor reception, toilets, showers and common areas; ensure towels, linens, products and amenities are well-presented.
• DAILY OPERATIONS: Assist with daily scheduling and therapist allocation; coordinate availability and room allocation; manage last-minute changes, cancellations and walk-ins; ensure opening and closing procedures are followed; monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
• GUEST EXPERIENCE: Ensure every guest receives high-quality service; handle concerns professionally; escalate when necessary; communicate feedback to the team.
• QUALITY CONTROL: Ensure treatments meet Glaze standards; monitor hygiene and protocols; identify issues and ensure follow-up; report recurring problems to Management.
