Job summary

• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching.
• Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance; handle information with confidentiality.
• Read and verify information; move and lift objects as required.
