Job summary

Mindo is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to maintain and improve our operational knowledge and process documentation, including SOPs, Wiki pages, and training materials. You will ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with current processes.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Project teams to capture feedback, update documentation, and train staff on new or revised workflows, turning complex processes into clear instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent documentation and proofreading with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable with SOPs, process documentation, and structured workflows.
• Able to translate complex processes into clear, actionable instructions.
• Strong coordination and follow-up when working with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Wiki, knowledge-management, documentation, or collaboration platforms.
• Willing to learn new systems and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of all SOPs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current processes.
• Update and maintain SOPs based on process changes, new project launches, system updates, and operational feedback.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to review, validate, and approve SOPs and documentation.
• Create and maintain dedicated Wiki pages for new projects, processes, tools, and initiatives.
• Develop video tutorials to explain project workflows and system processes.
• Prepare training materials, decks, process guides, FAQs, and other knowledge-sharing items.
• Support knowledge-sharing sessions and refresher training to keep teams updated.
