Job summary

Palladium seeks a Knowledge Management and Learning Support Consultant to strengthen learning, evidence use, and knowledge management across INOVASI. You will document, synthesize, and share lessons learned, collaborate with technical teams, and develop accessible knowledge products in English and Bahasa Indonesia to inform policy and practice.

The role requires organization, stakeholder engagement skills, and willingness to travel to INOVASI locations; prior MEL and donor-funded program

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional experience in knowledge management, learning, or development programs.
• Ability to produce high-quality reports, briefs, case studies, and knowledge products.
• Ability to translate evidence into concise insights for diverse audiences.
• Strong written English and Bahasa Indonesia skills.
• Experience with digital document management systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge management and learning system improvement across the program.
• Document management, templates, and knowledge repositories upkeep.
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Develop learning products and evidence-based briefs for policy dialogue.
• Support dissemination of evidence and engagement with stakeholders.
