Job summary

Kredivo Group is hiring a Project Manager to oversee SOPs, process governance, and continuous improvement across Sales Operations. This is a hands-on role focused on building structure, enforcing standards, and driving efficient execution across teams.

The ideal candidate has proven project/operations management experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Jira/Asana. PMP or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in project, program, or operations management.
• Ability to write and enforce SOPs and process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a root-cause mindset.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Nice to have PMP certification and Lean/Six Sigma familiarity.
• Familiarity with project and workflow tools such as Jira and Asana.

Responsibilities

This is a cross-functional role to ensure processes are implemented and followed across the teams.

About The Job

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Develop, document, and maintain clear SOPs for core processes.


• Roll out SOPs to relevant teams and ensure they are understood and consistently followed.


• Use insights from compliance gaps to inform coaching, training, and further process refinement.


• Coordinate across functions (e.g., sales, operations, product) to align priorities and drive delivery.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks in the process, and optimise the process.


• Define clear requirements and proposals for process improvements.


• Convert improvement ideas into actionable plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics.


• Measure the impact of changes and iterate based on results.

About You

• Proven experience in project, program, or operations management.


• Demonstrated ability to write and enforce SOPs and process documentation.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, root-cause mindset.


• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.


• Project management certification., e.g., PMP. (nice to have)


• Experience with process improvement methodologies is (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).


• Familiarity with project and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
