Job summary

Kredivo Group is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our Sales Operations processes in Jakarta. This hands-on role builds structure where missing, holds teams accountable, and resolves problems efficiently across functions.

You will develop, document, and roll out SOPs, coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams, and drive improvements using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project, program, or operations management.
• Ability to write and enforce SOPs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a root-cause mindset.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Certification such as PMP is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain clear SOPs for core processes.
• Roll out SOPs to relevant teams and ensure they are understood and consistently followed.
• Use insights from compliance gaps to inform coaching, training, and further process refinement.
• Coordinate across functions (sales, operations, product) to align priorities and drive delivery.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks in the process, and optimise the process.
• Define clear requirements and proposals for process improvements.
• Convert improvement ideas into actionable plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics.
• Measure the impact of changes and iterate based on results.

About you:

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Project management certification., e.g., PMP. (nice to have)
• Experience with process improvement methodologies is (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with project and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
