Job summary

MODENA is seeking a Business Process Analyst to map, analyze, and redesign key workflows. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement improved processes and document standards, including SOPs and reporting.

You will evaluate automation tools, manage improvement projects, and conduct training to ensure seamless adoption across the organization. English and Indonesian fluency are preferred as you engage with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business process analysis or operational excellence roles.
• Strong skills in process mapping, identification, re‑engineering, and ISO 9001 quality management.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lead Auditor certification, 5S/5R, or related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and map current workflows to create detailed process diagrams.
• Analyze operations to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement updated or new processes with cross‑functional teams.
• Evaluate tools or technologies to support workflow automation and optimization.
• Create SOPs, guidelines, and reports for management.
• Coordinate process improvement projects, manage resources and timelines.
• Conduct end‑user training to ensure adoption and maintain standards.
