Job summary

goldenagri seeks a senior professional to lead the development, growth, and management of the learning ecosystem and knowledge management within the organization. You will ensure access to strategic knowledge, foster a culture of continuous learning, and oversee KM platforms at our Jakarta base.

You will design the L&D strategy, modernize the learning experience, govern knowledge assets, and collaborate with department heads to close capability gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in People Development / Knowledge Management / Digital Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Management platforms; Moodle preferred.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Agile Learning Design) and Change Management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D strategy and annual blueprint aligned with business priorities.
• Modernize learning experiences using microlearning, social learning, blended learning, and gamification.
• Govern and optimize KM platforms and content governance.
• Collaborate with department heads and external providers to deliver learning solutions.
• Measure impact with ROI/ROE metrics and drive continuous improvement.
