Job summary

RBA Custom Bearing is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to partner with the sales team, demo products, and translate customer challenges into technical solutions. You will prepare proposals and tender documentation, and engage in site visits and workshops to foster strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role, fluent English, and a proven ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in a Sales Engineer or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or solutions relevant to the industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, solution documentation, and tender responses.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events when required.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for prospective customers.
• Understand customer business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, quotations, and tender documentation.
• Support customer meetings, site visits, and technical workshops.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
