Job summary

PT Lesso New Energy seeks a results-driven sales professional with a track record in industrial components or solar-related markets. You will independently drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to solution recommendations, contract signing and payment collection.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or engineering, have at least two years of sales experience, and can communicate product value effectively. Mandarin or English proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in solar panels, electronic components, building materials, or related industries.
• Good understanding of component products and the industrial needs of target customers, particularly in manufacturing and new energy sectors.
• Strong ability in customer development, negotiation, and deal closing, with capability to independently manage complete sales process from prospecting, needs analysis, and solution recommendation to contract signing and payment collection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value to customers.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs and capable of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or English is an advantage.
