Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction supervision or a similar supervisory role on building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations and building codes relevant to Indonesian construction standards.
• Proven experience in managing construction teams and coordinating multiple trades on site.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Sound understanding of project budgeting, cost control and resource management.
• Demonstrated commitment to health and safety best practices and environmental compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions independently when required.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Valid Indonesian driving licence and reliable transportation.
• Preferred experience with digital site management tools and construction software

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring all work is executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications and safety regulations
• Managing and supervising construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and adherence to project timelines
• Monitoring budget expenditure and materials usage to maintain cost efficiency on site
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets required standards
• Maintaining comprehensive site documentation, including daily reports, progress records and safety logs
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all personnel
• Liaising with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to communicate progress and address concerns
• Coordinating the delivery and storage of materials and equipment on site
• Identifying and resolving construction challenges and issues in a timely manner
• Training and mentoring junior site staff and workers to promote professional development
