SabiKerja is seeking a Site Supervisor for a well-established construction client in Jakarta. You will oversee on-site activities, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and support project timelines. Strong skills in AutoCAD interpretation and team coordination are essential.

The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and disciplined site operations while coordinating with contractors and internal teams to keep progress on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor in construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and AutoCAD files.
• Strong understanding of on-site construction processes and coordination.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and project plans.
• Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, including AutoCAD drawings, to guide on-site implementation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep progress on schedule.
• Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and site discipline are maintained.
• Monitor project progress and report daily or weekly site updates to management.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
