Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor in construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and AutoCAD files.
• Strong understanding of on-site construction processes and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and project plans.
• Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, including AutoCAD drawings, to guide on-site implementation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep progress on schedule.
• Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and site discipline are maintained.
• Monitor project progress and report daily or weekly site updates to management.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
