Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related Engineering field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Proficient in Project Administration and knowledgeable in civil engineering regulations.
• Strong planning & organizing, excellent communication, customer-focused, and proven problem-solving abilities.
• High integrity, resilient, decisive, and agile.
• Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and supervise on-site project execution to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Evaluate and provide strategic input on execution methods proposed by contractors.
• Monitor and ensure field operations are delivered within budget and on schedule.
• Ensure all deliverables meet required standards up to handover.
• Coordinate with related departments for smooth project transitions and handovers.
