Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical project engineering within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, building automation).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the installation of M&E systems on construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with designs and standards.
• Prepare and review installation reports, test certificates, and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets for M&E work and report progress.
