Job summary

PT. JAYA ABADI KONSTRUKSINDO is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Site Manager to lead end-to-end construction projects in Indonesia.

You will oversee progress, schedules, costs, quality and safety, coordinating Engineering, QS, Procurement, Construction, HSE and subcontractors to meet targets. Applicants should hold a S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture, bring 15+ years in construction, with at least 10 years as PM/Site Manager, and demonstrate strong leadership, decisive judgment, and

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputable university.
• Minimum 15 years experience in construction projects.
• Minimum 10 years experience as PM/Site Manager.
• Strong leadership, problem solver, decisive and target-oriented.
• Able to work with deadlines and project pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and control entire project implementation
• Manage progress, schedule, cost, quality and safety
• Coordinate Engineering, QS, Procurement, Construction, HSE and Subcontractors
• Control material, manpower, equipment, and project cash flow
• Serve as main point of contact with Owner, MK/Consultant and stakeholders
• Resolve project obstacles and ensure targets are achieved
