Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or a similar supervisory role on active construction sites
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
• Proficiency in reading construction plans, blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
• Health and Safety certification or willingness to obtain relevant qualifications
• Experience with construction scheduling software and digital reporting tools is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating construction teams on site, ensuring safety compliance and company standards
• Monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, addressing delays promptly
• Conducting daily site inspections to verify quality and regulatory compliance
• Managing material deliveries, equipment use and site logistics for efficiency
• Liaising with project managers, clients and subcontractors to align objectives
• Maintaining records of daily activities, labor hours, materials, and safety incidents
• Implementing health and safety procedures and conducting toolbox talks
• Training and mentoring site staff on best practices and technical requirements
• Resolving on-site conflicts and managing performance professionally
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations and environmental standards
